30-Day Healthy Plant Guarantee (Included with Every Order)
Every plant you purchase from us is automatically covered for 30 days from the date of delivery.
- If your plant doesn’t arrive in good health, or if it fails to thrive within 30 days, we’ll replace it once—no questions asked.
- You’re responsible only for the shipping cost of your replacement plant.
- This coverage applies to all plants we sell, excluding houseplants and annuals.
It’s our way of making sure you can plant with confidence.
What’s Not Covered
Our guarantee is designed to cover plants that fail to thrive despite proper care. It does not apply to losses caused by:
- Planting outside the recommended USDA hardiness zone
- Improper planting location (wrong light, poor soil, lack of drainage)
- Damage from weather extremes, pets, wildlife, insects, drought, or natural disasters
- Misuse of fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides
- Plants kept in pots or planters (covered plants must be installed in the ground.
- Annuals and Houseplants
If multiple claims are made, we may request a soil test to help diagnose underlying issues.
How to Place a Claim
- Email support@gardengoodsdirect.com with your order details.
- Include photos of the plant and planting site for quick evaluation.
- Once approved, we’ll send your replacement plant right away.
