Please call our customer service department as soon as possible at 844-348-8971. Cancellations cannot be done via email, nor can we process a cancellation once an order has gone to shipping. Unfortunately, there is a cancellation fee of 10% with a $10 minimum. This covers our costs for processing and fees. However, there is no fee for delaying the shipping of your order if that would be helpful.
All sales are final. In the event that a shipment is refused, Garden Goods Direct. may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept the returned merchandise, provided, that the same is in “like-new condition,” and is saleable. We do not refund or pay shipping costs to customers to return their plants to us. In the event that garden Goods Direct accepts returned merchandise, it will assess a restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price for the order, together with all shipping charges. Garden Goods Direct shall not, in any event, be required to grant a credit for merchandise returned to us if such merchandise is not, in the sole and absolute discretion of Garden Goods Direct re-saleable. Since plants are perishable, no returns will be accepted past two weeks from delivery or on material that has been planted. Prior to returning any merchandise you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Customer Service Department will give you instructions on how to return your item. Please return the item in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns, you must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Trees and shrubs received in live condition must be returned in live condition. Garden Goods direct reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements, or is returned without notifying Customer Service of the impending return.
