(A staff favorite at Garden Goods Direct)

Cobra: Also known as the Monstera Standleyana, this philodendron produces variegated foliage of cream, white, and green. As a more rare variety of philodendrons, Cobras prefer low light situations and for their soil to dry between waterings. Add a moss pole to your potted plant and watch it climb!
Painted Lady: If you are looking to add a tropical houseplant to your home, look no further. Philodendron Painted Lady plants grow light green leaves that produce a unique design of yellow and dark green speckles. These houseplants love external support and to grow up a brass stake or coco pole.
Jungle Boogie: You may have heard of this plant as the 'Tiger Tooth' Philodendron! This houseplant grows long, narrow leaves with distinctive, deep serration all along the edges. Their leaves often reach 2 to 3 inches in length and add an exotic appeal wherever it is grown. This plant loves low humidity, low soil moisture, and low light.
Thai Sunrise: Philodendron Thai Sunrise plants are the rarest philodendrons grown today. Their leaves grow 7 to 10 inches long and begin with a light and dark green coloration. Unlike most philodendrons, this houseplant prefers low light situations. Also, it will climb if given support like a trellis or moss poll.
Variegated Alocasia Elephant Ear plants are collectible, tropical houseplants prized for their stunning green and white variegated leaves, thick glossy foliage, and large leaves. (it is important to note that not every leaf will have strong variegation. The variegation in the leaves varies.) If you are lucky, you may see this plant produce all-white leaves; although this is extremely rare, but not impossible!
It is best to place this houseplant in an area that receives partial shade to bright, indirect sunlight because too much sunlight could scorch their leaves. Because this plant is tropical, it needs consistently moist soil conditions and a slightly humid environment. Fact: The best way to create a humid environment for your houseplants is by misting their leaves each morning or placing them on a tray of water and pebbles.
Hoya Macrophyllia: Also known as a Wax Plant or Porcelain Flower, these houseplants are extremely easy to care for but will make visitors envy you for their beauty. Much like the Hoya carnosa, it has variegated foliage that is wide and has distinctive creases in the leaves. This plant produces waxy, fragrant flowers that grow indoors. For best growth results, place these houseplants in a warm, bright location with dry soil.
Philodendron Birkin: One look at these houseplants, and it's easy to see why it's so sought after. Striking foliage boasts bright yellow and white variegation that prefers warmer temperatures, bright indirect light, and a well-draining potting mix. With the proper care, this houseplant will leave every houseguest green (and yellow) with envy.
Raven ZZ Plant: Raven ZZ Plants bright the best qualities of regular ZZ Plants, except they produce extravagantly rich, purple-black foliage. Their rare-colored foliage makes them a sight to see, but they also are a nice contrast to any brightly colored houseplants. These plants are super tolerant of a wide range of growing conditions and thrive virtually anywhere. Fun Fact: Raven ZZ Plants are clean-air plants that absorb toxins in the air like formaldehyde, benzene, and carbon monoxide.
