Jim Dandy Winterberry is a male Winterberry plant grown only as a pollinizer for Red Sprite Winterberry, Berry Heavy Winterberry, and other early flowering varieties. One Jim Dandy Holly will generally be sufficient for pollinating 6 to 8 female plants.

Pruning is rarely needed with this dwarf plant, but if pruning is required, prune in early spring to not interfere with flower production. Gorgeous fall color when the leaves transition to blends of purple and yellow.
