Oenothera Siskiyou or evening primrose is an excellent groundcover or low-growing perennial, and because it is very drought resistant, it's natural for use in xeriscape gardens. Use it as a bright and reliable filler in tough to manage areas of the landscape. Use at the edges of wild meadows and in rock gardens or dry streambeds. Perfect on slopes, where it is assured ideal drainage. Equally at home in traditional perennial borders and cottage gardens.
