All of our orders are shipped via FedEx ground, unless you specify otherwise. Depending on your location, FedEx will reach you within 3 to 5 days in most parts of the country. We strive to ship your order on in stock items within 2-3 business days, however on some orders of live items placed on Thursday, Fridays or weekends we may opt to delay shipment of your items until the following Monday to minimize the amount of time your products will be in a box and/or warehouse. The health and well-being of your plants are our first and foremost concern. You will be notified by us via email if we opt to delay shipment of your order due to weather conditions or potential delays in transit. Occasionally in the spring months your order can take up to 3 to 5 days to ship due to the high volume of orders we receive.

Note: All purchases completed on www.gardengoodsdirect.com are done so in accordance with the shipping contract. This means that the risk of losing an item and property rights associated with the item are transferred to you when we remit the item to the carrier.
