We guarantee your satisfaction at Garden Goods Direct. We provide all our customers with a refund, return and/or exchange policy on everything we sell, including all live products. Because plants are a perishable item, trees and shrubs cannot be returned without proper authorization from us in the form of an email. This right is limited to (14) fourteen days from the date on which you receive your items. The refund, return and/or exchange policy only applies to customers who notify our customer service department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-844-348-8971 within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your item.
The Customer Service Department will give you instructions on how to return your item. Please return the item in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns, you must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Trees and shrubs received in live condition must be returned in live condition. Garden Goods direct reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements, or is returned without notifying Customer Service of the impending return.
We want our customers to be pleased with their purchase. If for any reason you have a problem or concern with your purchase, please feel free to call our offices and discuss it with our a member of our team. We will do our best to accommodate you. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement cannot be agreed upon.
