One of the hardest things about buying plants online is the fear that they will arrive in less than perfect condition. We understand that and our goal is to alleviate any concerns you might have by putting our guarantee down in writing so you know the details before you make a purchase.
At Garden Goods Direct, we guarantee our plants to be true to type and in the healthiest condition possible. We are the grower of our products and therefore we can keep our plants in the finest condition. As growers, we know that the most important parts of a plant are the root system and the trunk. We strive to offer you the healthiest root system and trunk in the industry. Cosmetic issues, such as lost leaves, are not covered under this warranty. Damaged leaves are also not covered as this is a plants natural way to protect themselves when exposed to darkness or high levels of heat. This will not affect the overall health of the plant. Simply clean off any yellow or dried leaves and new leaves should emerge soon and your plant will continue to flourish.

Our staff of order handlers and shippers is the best in the industry and we’d choose to back order your product than ship you a less than healthy plant. Please note that plants are living organisms and their health cannot be immediately assessed as they require time to acclimate to their environment.
In the unfortunate and unusual event that your plants or goods arrive in less than perfect condition please notify us via email within 5 (five) days of receiving your order. Please include pictures so our professional staff may offer suggestions on how to care for the plant. Garden Goods Direct will note your concern in our system and we will provide you with a 100% store credit on the price of material at the time of purchase, should your plant perish within 45 (forty-five) days of delivery.
If you received your plant in good health and no notice was received via email or otherwise within the first 5 (five) days of delivery, Garden Goods will offer you a 50% store credit on the purchase price at the time of purchase.
