The 'Money Maker' Jade Plant (Crassula ovata) is a succulent house plant with bright green hues on its thick green leaves. The plant stores water inside these tough leaves so they do not need to be watered often. In fact, the most common detriment to these plants is over-saturation of the soil; so be sure to let the soil dry out before you go to water it again. A well-draining soil such as a cactus mix is a great addition to prevent the soil from retaining too much water.
This houseplant is fairly slow growing so it will maintain a compact shape, especially when used as a houseplant. In areas where it is hardy (zones 9 through 11) the Money Maker Jade Plant can reach 2 feet tall and wide when planted in the ground.

How do I repot my Money Maker Jade Succulent?
We suggest re-potting your Money Maker Jade Plants into a vase that is only 2 inches wider than the container it is currently. We recommend using a durable pot with drainage holes in the bottom. For additional drainage support, add clay pebbles to the bottom of the pot. This is especially important if the pot does not have holes in the bottom. Carefully remove the Jade plant and loosen the roots. Pour some cactus-mix soil in the bottom of the pot so when placed in the pot, the base of the jade plant (where the roots end and the plant begins) is about an inch below the top of the pot. Back fill the space with some more potting soil and water thoroughly to encourage the roots to settle.
